Save a writing guide, review checklist, or testing convention as a skill. Add it when a task needs those instructions.

Save a skill

1. Open Skills in the dashboard.
2. Enter a Skill name, such as “Launch copy checklist”.
3. Add notes with the instructions you want followed. You can also add a GitHub repository as a source reference.
4. Select Save skill.

For example:

Use claims supported by the product docs. Cite each source, label assumptions, and list any evidence still needed.

Use it in a task

1. Open a thread and select the composer’s + menu.
2. Choose Skills and select the ones you need.
3. Check the skill chips above your message, then send the task.

The selected notes travel with your task. Review them with the rest of the exact request before approving work. A source link is a reference, not an installed tool.

Keep or remove your notes

Skills are saved in this browser and do not sync between devices. Keep a separate copy before clearing browser data.

Select Remove beside a skill to take it off your saved list. It will not remove instructions from tasks you already sent.

For instructions that apply to every task, add them to an employee instead.
